This policy explains how Bounce Peak Limited (“Bounce Peak”, “we”, “us”), registration number C 108779, Serenity, Triq ir-Rumani, Xlendi, Munxar (Gozo) XLN 1431, Malta, processes personal data when you visit bouncepeak.com or contact us. We are the data controller for this processing under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

  • Contact form and email: your name, email address, company, website and the content of your message.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request data to deliver the website securely and protect it from abuse.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To keep the website secure and prevent spam, based on our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they lead to a client relationship, in which case retention follows our contractual and legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We use Cloudflare, Inc. to host this website and process form submissions. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, email contact@bouncepeak.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta.
